Select single or multiple cards relevant to the topic of your lesson.
Ask your students to describe what they can see in the picture and what they think the class is going to be about. Make them enlist any words connected with the topic that they can recall and record them in the form of a mind map on the board. Help your students to come up with as many words as possible.
You can also try dividing your students in groups so that they can compete with each other. The group with the widest mind map are the winners.
Hint: You might need to show your students an example of mind map prepared on the basis of a selected card.
